Submitting Custom Artwork:
- Artwork Quality: If you’re submitting a jpeg or png graphic, ensure it’s the highest resolution possible. Vector artwork is ideal, and if you have it, let us know if you’d like any modifications before we generate a mockup.
- Artwork Restrictions: Please be aware that the artwork you submit must be license-free, your own original photograph, or a logo you have explicit permission to use.
- Design and Color Preferences: Once you provide the artwork, we will design a mockup for either the tire cover or t-shirt. Please specify the color of the vinyl for printing.
- Submission: Send over your artwork by emailing us here.
Pricing and Design Details:
- Placement: Specify if you prefer the graphic to be centered and contained within the cover/t-shirt or if you desire a full-face print.
- Pricing: Our base prices are $65 for tire covers and $35 for t-shirts. This does not include shipping or any additional costs related to the order. The final price might vary depending on the intricacy of the design and the extent of communication required to finalize it.
- Approval & Ordering: After the design is approved, we will send a link directing you to our website, accompanied by instructions for placing the order.
Production and Shipping:
- Lead Time: Our typical production time for custom orders is 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.
- Shipping: The shipping duration can fluctuate based on your location and the season.

At Terrain Tailor, we understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a product. Here are the steps and guidelines for our exchange process:
Initiating an Exchange:
- Requesting an RMA: Before proceeding with any exchanges, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To do so, click on the Email link to contact our customer service team.
- Providing Necessary Details: In your email, please include the original order receipt and a detailed explanation of the issue or reason for the exchange.
- Receiving Your RMA: Our team will review your request and provide you with an RMA number and further instructions on how to proceed, typically within 24 business hours.
- Timing is Important: Products are only considered for exchange within the first 5 days of receiving the product. Anything after 5 days will not be considered
Exchange Procedure:
- Shipping the Product Back: Please mail the product back to us at your own expense. Ensure that the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit.
- Product Condition: We can only accept exchanges for items that are in their original new condition. Items that are dirty, have been fitted to a vehicle, worn, or altered in any way will not be eligible for an exchange.
- Price Differences: If there’s a price difference between the original product and the replacement item, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
- Processing the Exchange: Your exchange will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned product. After confirming the condition of the returned item, we’ll ask you to cover any additional exchange costs, if applicable.

- This policy pertains to exchanges only. Refunds will not be given for the original order.
- Ensure that you wait for confirmation from our team before sending back any product. Exchanges will not be processed until the original item is received and inspected.

At Terrain Tailor, our commitment is to offer the highest quality products to our customers. Below is our return policy for the different products we offer:
General Guidelines for All Returns:
- All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Do not discard any packaging. For a return to be processed, items must be returned in the original condition, including the original packaging, tags, and accompanying paperwork.

Tire Covers:
Non-Defective:
- We stand by the quality of our tire covers. If for any reason you wish to return a non-defective tire cover, you must notify us within 24 business hours of delivery to be eligible.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to non-defective returns, excluding the original shipping cost.
- When fitting a tire cover for the first time, always use a plastic bag to shield your spare tire. Oil from tires can discolor the interior of the cover, making it non-returnable.
- Returns should be shipped back at the customer’s expense, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective:
- For damaged or defective tire covers, customers have 7 business days to initiate a return.
- Include photos showcasing the defect or damage when reaching out to our customer service.
- Please ensure the tire cover has not been used.
- We might either cover the return shipping cost or advise you to dispose of the defective item.
Apparel:
- Returns on apparel are accepted ONLY if the item is defective or damaged.
- We do not accept returns on apparel that has been removed from its packaging or worn.
Accessories:
- We accept returns on accessories ONLY if they are defective or damaged.
Parts:
- We will only accept returns on parts that are defective or damaged.
- The part should not have been previously installed.
